My diverse career has included admin, policy, nonprofit governance, operations and communications in policy, politics, communications, hospitality and entrepreneurship.
I learned so much from all of them about the good, the bad and the ugly of administrative and operational systems (like using email, making schedules, developing and documenting procedures, customer service, processing orders, operating websites, etc).
