Nonprofits need streamlined admin and operations, just like any other business. They have unique needs in terms of membership administration, list-building, Board of Director relations, and compliance with legal regulations. But the most important challenge most small nonprofits face is – how do you fundraise without a fundraiser?

My experience in business and politics has taught me that a winning strategy is based on maintaining and growing a list of supporters, and keeping them meaningfully engaged. I know how to get all the parts of your organization working together to build an actionable strategy for ongoing fundraising. 

How do we do this?

• Help you identify goals for growth 
• Analyse your existing admin and operational systems and/or communications programs, to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
• Streamline your data and records management so that you can easily correspond and track engagement with all your supporters
• Produce documentation for the above (such as templates, checklists, training and onboarding materials, guidelines etc) to support development of institutional knowledge
• Develop and execute an ongoing communications program where supporters are regularly engaged and asked for donations and support
