Use Gmail Templates to Streamline Everyday Tasks

A template is just a saved version of something you can use over and over. 

And a lot of people spend a lot of time writing the same thing over and over.

You can save time by hunting down a version of it you’ve written in the past, but this can make it hard to catch errors and reflect updates to your business.

Fortunately Gmail has a trick for this. Maybe just Google Enterprise though.
