I help fix operational problems, and build systems that work.
When an organization starts to outgrow its existing systems, the problem is rarely just one broken process or missing piece of software.
Workflows become inconsistent. Information gets scattered. Responsibilities become unclear. Key knowledge lives in people’s heads. Leaders end up spending too much time solving operational problems instead of moving the organization forward.
That’s where I come in.
I help organizations understand how their operations actually work, identify what’s creating friction, and build practical systems that make work more consistent, manageable, and scalable.
My approach combines operations improvement, process design, knowledge management, change management, and technology. I focus on making better use of the systems an organization already has before recommending new ones.
Experience across complex, people-driven organizations
My work has included building operational systems for a startup, co-founding and operating a restaurant with approximately 25 employees, redesigning a government reporting process, modernizing organizational governance, and coordinating complex projects involving multiple teams and external partners.
Across very different environments, the underlying challenge has been similar:
How do you turn the way people currently work into a system that is clear, repeatable, and sustainable?
That’s the work I enjoy.
From project support to ongoing operational leadership
Some organizations need a defined project: an operational diagnostic, a redesigned workflow, or a comprehensive set of SOPs.
Others need someone who can stay involved—helping leadership prioritize improvements, coordinating implementation, managing operational projects, and making sure systems continue to evolve as the organization changes.
That’s where fractional operations leadership comes in.
Whether you need help solving a specific operational problem or an experienced partner to help manage the bigger picture, I bring a practical, systems-oriented approach focused on making the organization work better.
How I Work
Understand the system.
Before recommending solutions, I learn how work actually gets done.
Simplify what isn’t working.
I look for unnecessary complexity, duplication, bottlenecks, and unclear ownership.
Build systems people will use.
Documentation and processes are only valuable when they work in the real world.
Make change stick.
Implementation, communication, and adoption are part of the work—not an afterthought.
Let’s make your operation work better.
If your organization has grown faster than its systems, or you need experienced operational leadership without adding a full-time COO, let’s talk.
